Questions? We have answers.
Everything people ask us about mailboxes, shipping and returns.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in to any of our 4 locations during store hours.
How much is a mailbox?
Purple is $14.99 a month (30 packages a month, unlimited letters) and Gold is $19.99 (100 packages). Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Your first 30 days are free.
Is it a real street address?
Yes. All four locations are USPS-approved Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies, so you get a real street address, not a P.O. Box. Couriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL and Amazon deliver to it.
What ID do I need for a mailbox?
Two forms of ID (one with a photo, one with your current address) and USPS Form 1583, which you can sign online when you sign up.
How will I know when mail arrives?
We photograph every item and send you an email and a text with the photo. You can also see everything in your online dashboard.
Can you forward my mail?
Yes, anywhere in the world. Choose Forward in your dashboard, we send you a quote, you approve it, we ship and send you the tracking number.
How long do you hold my mail?
30 days free. After that, extended storage is 20¢ per item per day.
Which carriers can I ship with?
FedEx, UPS and DHL, plus USPS drop-off. We compare prices and pick the best option for your shipment.
Do you take Amazon returns?
Yes. Show us the QR code from the Amazon app. Most items need no box or label.
Can I track my package on your site?
Yes, UPS, FedEx and DHL numbers work on our Tracking page.
Can you print from my email?
Yes. Email the file to Print@LJHUB.net with your name and the store you’ll pick up from. Tell us color or black & white and how many copies.
