What we collect

When you rent a mailbox, request a quote, ship with us or create an account we collect your name, email, phone, home address, the identification documents USPS requires for Form 1583, and payment details (processed and stored by Stripe, never on our servers). For mailbox clients we store a photo and the tracking number of each item that arrives for you.

How we use it

To provide the service you asked for, to notify you by email and text about your mail, shipments and account, to comply with USPS and legal requirements, and to improve our stores. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

With carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) to ship your items, with Stripe to process payments, with Twilio and our email provider to deliver messages, with Zoho, our customer-record system, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Texting

By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive transactional texts about your mail and account. Reply STOP to opt out. See our SMS terms.

Retention and your rights

USPS requires us to keep Form 1583 and ID copies for the life of the mailbox plus the period set by USPS rules. Email Info@LJHUB.net to request a copy of your data or to close your account.
