Mailbox service

Plans renew automatically at the end of each term (monthly, 3, 6 or 12 months) until canceled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or in store; cancellations take effect at the end of the current term and are not refunded. The 30-day free trial applies to new clients once; a payment method is required to start it and the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before.

Each plan includes a monthly package allowance (Purple 30, Gold 100). Additional packages are 50¢ each. Items are stored free for 30 days; after that extended storage is 20¢ per item per day, charged to your card on file. Items left more than 90 days may be returned to sender or discarded after notice.

You must keep a valid USPS Form 1583 and two forms of ID on file. Mail for people not listed on your Form 1583 is refused. We may close a mailbox used for unlawful purposes.

Forwarding

Forwarding is quoted before shipping. By approving a quote you authorize us to charge your card on file for the amount shown. Carrier transit times are estimates.

Shipping and returns

LJ HUB ships through FedEx, UPS and DHL under their terms, including declared value limits and prohibited items. Claims for loss or damage are subject to the carrier’s policy. Packing fees are non-refundable.

Fees and refunds

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Plan fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Disputed charges should be reported within 30 days to Info@LJHUB.net.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for carrier delays or for items we were not notified were valuable.
